Emerald Park has officially launched one of the biggest theme park expansions in Irish history and it’s seriously impressive. Say hello to Tír na nÓg, a brand-new, 6.5-acre land inspired by Irish mythology that blends storytelling with adrenaline-fuelled fun.

This new area takes the park to a whole new level, introducing world-class rides, rich theming, and a full-on immersive experience that feels like stepping into a fantasy world.

Here’s what’s new:

• Na Fianna Force – Ireland’s first ever inverted rollercoaster, with heart-racing speeds of up to 90km/h, 3 inversions, and plenty of airtime. A must-do for thrill seekers.

• The Quest – A family-friendly boomerang-style coaster that launches you forward and backward through a mythical landscape. Great for kids and adults alike.

• Celtic Dreamer – A 56-seater wave swinger ride with gentle soaring spins — perfect for younger guests or anyone after a more chilled-out ride.

But that’s not all. This new land isn’t just about coasters, the theming is next level, with nods to Irish legends, immersive set design, and plenty of details that make you feel like you’ve left the real world behind. There are also new food spots, retail areas, and updated facilities to make your day even smoother.
